For my best free pick on the board here for Friday I am looking at the WNBA and the Connecticut Sun at the Seattle Sound. I took the Sun on Wednesday and cruised to a cover with the Sun winning a close one no reason to change what worked here I just believe Seattle is one of the worsts or the worst team in the WNBA and the Sun have been playing tougher basketball covering 3 straight games. Look for the Sun to be up at half and hold on late to get us a nice cover.

The MLB Comp play at 4 eastern is on the Under 7.5 runs in the Cleveland at Philadelphia game. Look for another lower scoring game here tonight. The Phils have Wheeler going tonight and he has allowed 3 or less in all 5 starts. Cleveland counters with Cecconi and after a rough first month he has gained some nice form and has allowed 2 or less runs in each of his last 3 starts. Rob notes that Home favorites at -130 or more in game 2 of a series off s home favored shutout loss at -150 or higher are perfect to the Under since 2004 if they had 4 or less hits and the opponent scored 2 or less runs.
